Refund Policy

After you have received your goods, you can return any item to us for a refund, provided you have the ‘Parcel Summary’ document. Items must be unused, unopened and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 90 days of receipt of your goods.

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.

Delivery charges will not be refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

You can return by Royal Mail using the Return Postage Paid label provided.

Please give us at least 2 weeks to process your refund once we've received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.

If you have an email address we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your card.
