Delivery Policy

All goods are usually despatched within 2 weeks but these times may vary during busy periods up to 28 days.

We will endeavour to keep postage charges to a minimum. These rates are based on current Royal Mail tarrifs plus an allowance for packaging and handling. The website will automatically calculate the postage costs based on the weight and delivery zone. These charges can be seen at all times in your "shopping basket".

In order to keep delays to a minimum please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery zone from the drop down menus in your shopping basket and completed your details fully as this information is used for the postage labels.


All items are delivered via recorded delivery (UK) or via “Airsure” – signed for worldwide. This system allows for the electronic tracking of all items despatched.

Please note that although recorded delivery is sent on a first class basis, this service can sometimes be disrupted and goods which go astray will not be deemed as lost (by the Post Office) until they have been missing for 14 days. If you want to guarantee your delivery then we strongly urge you to upgrade your delivery to Special Delivery. There is a surcharge of £10 for this service which needs to be administered by telephone only.
